I'm biased when it comes to TC Boyle.If I were a movie-maker, I'd turn this into a film. I'm not an anarchist but I fell for the two main characters. They're so real in their rebellion against the system. The book shows how it can push the most fragile among us to tragic extremities instead of trying to understand and help them.
